Pieces in Trinket Dishes
About the Trinket Dishes collection
Little rustic trinket dishes for rings, keys and all the bits and bobs that gather by the bed or the front door. Some carry a love note, some have cheeky words on them, and every one is a one-off.
Sometimes there's no other words for it, but let's make it pretty! My lettered dishes are made from a mix of lava fleck and white stoneware clay, which gives them a rustic, speckled and swirled look, and decorated in underglaze and glaze. Some spell out Love You in rainbow letters, some are for the Queen in your life, and some say things I'd better not repeat here!
Three deeper ones joined them in Drop No. 7, more like little trinket bowls. They're glazed in pooling blues and lavender, a soft blue grey like shallow water, and a spotty pale blue and brown, just like a rockpool.
Use one as a ring dish, a little jewellery dish for your studs, or a home for whatever you take off at the end of the day. Perfect for gifting, or a little treat for yourself, and a cheeky one makes a funny trinket dish for that person in your life who'll get the joke. For something a bit bigger, have a look at the bowls in my pottery.
Are the trinket dishes food safe?
Yes! They're food safe, so a dish can hold a little dip or sauce as well as your rings, studs, keys and little treasures.
How big are they?
They're little! The flat lettered dishes are about 6 to 8.5 cm across, and the deeper ones are about 6 to 7 cm across and 5 to 6.5 cm tall. Each dish has its measurements on its own page.
Does the wooden stand in the photos come with the dish?
No, the little wooden stand is just for the photos.
Is every dish one of a kind?
Yes! When a dish sells, it's gone, and I can't promise to make the same one again. I don't take custom orders either, I'm afraid.
How long will delivery take?
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be wrapped up and posted, then it travels UK Tracked 48. I can only post within the UK for now. There's more on my shipping page.
