Pottery. Handmade ceramic pumpkins and bowls

Little ceramic pumpkins, bowls, tealight holders and all the other bits and bobs from my studio that don't have a face! Handmade ceramics, made by me in Suffolk, and every one a one-off.

This is the slower, quieter side of the studio. No eyes, no ears, no toes, just clay and glaze doing their thing!

My little ceramic pumpkins came out in Drop No. 7. They're handbuilt and hollow, from white clay, with oxides on their stems. One is glazed in teal, blue and purple, with a twisty stem and a curly tendril. The other has a leaf tucked in at the top, and ambers and oranges that run into blues and purples.

Then there are the bowls. My heart is in hand building, but I can turn out a basic pot at the wheel, so the odd wheel thrown bowl sneaks in here too, like my little trinket bowl in white stoneware with coloured slip flowers and swirls. It lives with my trinket dishes as well, alongside more little dishes for your rings.

There's also been a little ceramic tealight holder with a star design, which gave a lovely warm, cosy glow when lit, and a festive handmade bauble in earthenware clay, finished with a ribbon. They've both found their forever homes, but you can still say hello.

How big are the ceramic pumpkins?

They're little, about 6 cm across, and because they're hollow they're nice and light too. Each pumpkin's page has its measurements.

Are the bowls food safe?

Yes! My bowls are food safe, so they're happy holding snacks or puddings, as well as looking pretty on a shelf.

Is every piece one of a kind?

Yes! When a piece sells, it's gone, and I can't promise to make the same one again. More pumpkins and baubles may follow, but I can't say when! New makes land in small drops, and Instagram (@henroo_pottery) is the best place to hear when the next one's coming.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be wrapped up and posted, then it travels UK Tracked 48. I can only post within the UK for now. There's more on my shipping page.
