Owlets. Handmade ceramic owl ornaments

Little owlets holding their own parliament! Every ceramic owl ornament here is hand built by me in Suffolk from lava flecked clay, then finished in layers of glaze, so no two ever look quite the same.

Every owlet has a name of their own, and they all start with an O! There's a cheeky chappy with his head turned, a fearless little one, a curious one with big eyes and a wide eyed one with pressed feather detail. The glazes vary from owlet to owlet too, from gorgeously green to a blue rutile and snow.

Like all my makes, each owlet goes through the kiln twice before it's done, with fingers and toes crossed! A few have already flown the nest to their forever homes, but you can still say hello.

How big are the owlets?

They're little, about 8 to 10 cm tall, so an owl figurine sits happily on a bookshelf or a windowsill. Every owlet has its measurements on its own page.

Why a parliament?

A group of owls is called a parliament, so my little owlets hold their own!

Will there be another owlet like mine?

No, every owlet is hand built and pinched by hand, one at a time, so I couldn't make the same owl twice if I tried. Once one has found its forever home, it's gone. New makes arrive in small drops, and the best place to see them taking shape is Instagram at @henroo_pottery.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your owlet to be wrapped up and posted, then it travels Royal Mail Tracked 48. I can only post within the UK for now, and there's more on my shipping page.
